這三人從中二時起便是我的最佳搭擋。我們最後的一次運動會、最後的一次冠軍，這是一張用來感謝他們一直以來對我的幫助的畫作。
These three persons have been my best partners since Form two. They have been helping me a lot. To show my thankfulness to them, I created this painting which shows our last Sports Day, our last champion.

人們常為壓力所困擾，當我們感受到壓力，我們的思绪便會變得凌亂。「對抗壓力的最佳武器便是改變我們自己的思維。」我認為，保持個空白的腦海也是一個減壓的方法，畫作上空白的地方，其實就是我面對壓力時腦裡的思想。
People suffer from stress all the time. When we feel stressed, our mind turns messy. ‘The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.’ In my opinion, keeping my mind blank is a way to reduce stress. The white space in the artwork represents what is actually in my mind when I am stressed.
